What size of business is SAP Business One suitable for?
SAP Business One is designed for SMEs and growing businesses that have started to outgrow Excel or basic accounting software.
It is especially useful for businesses with multiple warehouses or those that need to connect Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounting within one system.
What if we have never used an ERP system before?
You can start by speaking with ZyGen’s consultants to review your current business processes.
Another option is the SAP B1 Workshop, which is designed for businesses that have not used ERP before and want to understand how SAP B1 works before making a decision.
How long does SAP B1 implementation take?
The timeline depends on the complexity of your business processes and the project scope.
ZyGen will define a clear implementation timeline during the planning stage before the project begins.
Does SAP Business One support Thai tax and accounting requirements?
The standard SAP Business One package does not include Thai tax functions by default.
Thai Localization must be implemented by a certified partner. It supports:
- VAT calculation and submission
- Withholding Tax (WHT)
- Thai accounting documents required by law
e-Tax Invoice can also be added separately if required. ZyGen supports Thai Localization from the beginning of the project through implementation.
